Gina’s review for the newly released (Spring 2010) CARGO Lash Activator Night.
This product uses the term night because you can apply this before bed, but you can also use it as a primer (which I dislike.. it clumps as a primer.. I rather just apply it to the base before or after applying mascara, not run it through my lashes). IMO that just wastes product, running it throughout the lashes fully when all you need is product at the base.
I also used this product for 1.5+ months, for reference.
You can find this anywhere that carries CARGO cosmetics. (ie: ULTA and Non Free Standing Sephoras)
