What could I do if my bf has an anxiety attack? He hasn’t had problems since I met him (eleven months now), in the past he has suffered a lot due to anxiety, and he still needs medicine. He’s currently now (looking for a house, grad school, etc…) and even though I believe he’ll be fine, he might get anxious, or have an panic attack. What should I do?
i don’t think there’s too much difference btn a boy or a girl in terms of anxiety attack. (ok, maybe not doll-ing up) give him plenty of support. is he seeing a counsellor too? that shld help. tell him you will be there for him, remind him once in a while of his good points. while we are not professionals, we share these because of our personal experience. good luck.
