  6. Get some alone time and relax

  8. Failure. if you failed at what you tried to accom­plish, dont worry, you are only a step towards progress. (Remember the quote from Thomas A. Edison? “I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.”)
  9. Be a good person
  10. Focus on what you’re good at.
  11. Act like you are already confident.
  12. Learn some­thing new
  13. SMILE!!!
