Cool Cucumber and some at home ingre­di­ents help and also refresh your entire face.  Cucumbers con­tain antiox­i­dants Vitamin C and caf­feic acid.  In the long term, cucum­bers help build col­la­gen strength­en­ing your skin to fight wrin­kles and sun dam­age.  Cucumbers are in peak sea­son in July and August so load up for eat­ing in your sal­ads and prepar­ing a nat­ural home mask.

For a home mask that will leave you with that refresh­ing glow, here are the steps:

  1. Puree slightly (leave some in chunks) half a cucum­ber and 2–3 table­spoons of plain yogurt
  2. Make sure mask is not too liq­uid­ity but thick
  3. Apply even layer to entire face and neck
  4. Relax and lay down for 15 minutes
  5. Rinse
