What Ingredients Do I Use:

Fresh, whole milk or pow­dered milk

What Do I Do:

  1. A tub of luke­warm (not hot) water (big enough to sit in)
  2. 2–4 cups of fresh whole milk (whole milk has fats for your skin)
  3. Soak for 20 minutes
  4. You can use pow­dered milk
  5. After 20 min­utes, scrub your body with a bath brush, loofah to fur­ther exfoliate
  6. Apply mois­tur­izer
