We believe that there are products that are very helpful with your daily life and some are made with exquisite ingredients, some have scientific research and others just feel wonderful to your senses. Nevertheless, the most we can hope for in a product is to do one thing really well.

Keeping Lean in a Bikini Like Megan Fox
When it comes to sustainable weight loss, there isn’t any pill to take to keep your weight off permanently except to keep in mind these tips from the National Weight Control Registry (NWCR).
Created in 1994, the NWCR is the largest source of information for examining the habits of people who have successfully maintained their weight losses. The NWCR tracks more than 5,000 people who have maintained a 30 pound weight reduction for one year or more.
Here are tips for maintaining a healthy, sustainable weight loss in time for summer:
- Exercise regularly. There is no magic pill, the hard work of exercise on a regular basis will keep you healthy, beautiful and slim. More than 90 percent of those in the study reported exercising regularly and on average, one hour a day. This is the number one habit of keeping your weight off and leading a healthy lifestyle.
- Eat breakfast everyday and preferably with protein and grains. Your body assumes you are fasting and starts to conserve excess calories since you have not eaten all night and into the early day.
- Get on the scale and monitor your weight on a regular basis. It may not make you feel good but the more information you have, the better you can monitor your exercise and calories.
- Just do it! Get up and out doing anything that makes you move. Take that walk to the store. Do those chores. Go to that dancing class. Try watching fewer than 10 hours of TV a week.
These steps will help reduce yo-yo dieting or weight cycling. Keeping these tips in mind will change your habits and everyday you change your habits is one more day you are on your way to healthy aging and the beautiful life you have always wanted!
